Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed on full payment at the time of booking through our booking engine or by bank transfer; we do not encourage payment at the property. A booking becomes a contract only once the hotel accepts it by email or automated confirmation. The hotel may validate the card used before providing services; the card must be the guest’s own with sufficient funds. Group and banquet bookings: contact us by email at least two months in advance.

Rates are per room per night and exclude GST at the applicable rate (currently 5%). Complimentary buffet breakfast applies to room-with-breakfast (CP) plans only. The EP (room-only) rate plan is always non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in 12:00 noon; check-out 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable and subject to availability. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests must present government-approved photo and address ID at check-in: Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID for Indian nationals; a valid passport with visa or OCI for foreign nationals. Guests with local identification may be refused check-in, and accommodation may be denied to residents of the same city.

House rules

• Outside food, liquor and beverages are not allowed. Consumption of alcohol on the premises is prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited in rooms; the adjacent open-air balcony is the designated smoking area.
• Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms except by special permission of the General Manager.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Breakfast is served 8:00–10:00 am. Housekeeping operates 9:00 am–9:00 pm. Last orders for the restaurant and in-room dining are at 9:30 pm.
• Each room is provided with two 500 ml bottles (or one 1-litre bottle) of drinking water; additional water is chargeable.
• Children under 12 stay complimentary according to the plan opted. One extra adult per room is permitted for a charge, plus GST.
• The hotel has no elevator; all rooms except the Deluxe Cottages are on the first floor. Driver accommodation is not available.

Charges for loss or damage

• Loss of a room key: ₹2,000 plus taxes per key; damage to a key holder: ₹1,000 plus taxes.
• Damage to mattresses or bedding: ₹20,000 plus taxes.
• Damage to furniture, fixtures or walls: actual cost plus ₹30,000 plus taxes.
• Special cleaning required because of unhygienic behaviour: ₹3,000 plus taxes.

General

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where fraud or error is suspected. These terms may be updated at any time without notice; the version published on this page at the time of booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
