Cancellation and refund policy

Individual bookings

• Cancellation more than 15 days before the check-in date: refundable after a 15% deduction.
• Cancellation 15 days or fewer before the check-in date: non-refundable.
• No-show, or departure earlier than booked: non-refundable.

Group bookings (5 rooms or more)

• Cancellation more than 45 days before the check-in date: refundable after a 15% deduction.
• Cancellation 45 days or fewer before the check-in date: non-refundable.

Non-refundable rates and dates

• The EP (room-only) rate plan is always non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Bookings for blackout dates are non-refundable: Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, Republic Day weekend and all public-holiday periods. [2026–27 dates to be confirmed.]

Amendments

A change of dates, room type or guest count is treated as a cancellation and a new booking, and the cancellation terms above apply to the original booking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. Payment-gateway charges, where applicable, are not refundable.

Write to reservation@jalchhabihotel.in or call +91 62960 18081 with your booking reference. Cancellations are effective from the time we acknowledge them by email.
